Downhill skiing
The resort of St-Pierre de Chartreuse / Le Planolet awaits you for family skiing and the practice of new winter sports, in the heart of the Chartreuse Natural Park. Its detachable 6-seater chairlift and its gondola will allow you to reach the top of the ski area in less than 10 minutes and take full advantage of the superb panorama. With its 35 km of slopes, 1 slalom stadium, 1 approved mogul slope, 2 beginners' parks, 2 kindergartens, freestyle modules, jumps, slides, and mini boarder cross, everyone can find what they are looking for, and what a pleasure to be able to indulge in such pleasures in a wooded and protected area.
Ski touring
La Chartreuse is a small paradise for ski touring. Lovers of wide open spaces, get off the beaten track and try ski touring! Start on the courses of the Ski Rando area or set off to climb the surrounding peaks, Chamechaude, Charmant Som, a multitude of peaks are available to you for a day ski touring outing. the Chartreuse is a privileged wild massif which offers magnificent panoramas of the Alps.
Cross-country skiing
Imagine a vast field of snow opening onto more than 80 km of cross-country trails... You are in St-Hugues de Chartreuse, a favorite land for cross-country skiers. Linked to the Sappey and Col de Porte areas, to give you greater freedom of movement, this area invites you to vary the pleasures of its skating and alternative skiing initiation stage. The entire area offers you: 4 runs, i.e. 33 km in the St-Hugues area, a link with Le Sappey (25 km of runs) and with the Col de Porte (18 km of runs), enough to enjoy our massif
